Kenya is known by clients and colleagues alike for her engaging presence, warmth, and genuine curiosity about the deeper roots of emotional distress. She brings both analytical insight and compassionate attunement to her work, helping clients feel understood while addressing the core issues that keep them feeling stuck.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Kenya offers an integrative, whole-person approach to therapy. In addition to her clinical training, she is a speaker, life coach, and author, which informs her ability to translate complex emotional experiences into practical, meaningful change. Her clinical experience includes working with adults and children navigating trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional healing following betrayal.

Kenya draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and somatic approaches to support clients in developing deeper emotional awareness, restoring a sense of safety, and strengthening connection with themselves and others. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, grounded, and responsive to each client’s unique needs.

Kenya’s Christian faith is an important part of her identity and worldview. When requested and clinically appropriate, she thoughtfully incorporates faith-based perspectives into the therapeutic process.

She values balance and restoration, believing that sustainable healing is supported by healthy rhythms of work, rest, and play. Outside of the therapy room, Kenya enjoys exercise and golf, reading, refining her Spanish language skills, spending time with family and friends, dancing, and learning to ride a motorcycle.

Kenya is deeply committed to providing a compassionate, ethical, and supportive therapeutic space where clients feel safe to explore, heal, and move toward lasting restoration.
